SCALE OF CHARGES

PERMANENT TEMPORARY Full-time residential or daily staff: 5 weeks agreed net salary 0 - 4 weeks: £120 per week Part-time staff: 4 days per week: 5-6 weeks agreed net salary depending on number of hours Minimum charge £800 per week 5-6 weeks £100 per week 7 - 10 weeks: £80 per week Part-time staff: 2-3 days per week: 5-6 weeks agreed net salary depending on number of hours 11++ weeks: £60 per week Part-time staff: 1 day per week: 5 - 6 weeks agreed net salary depending on number of hours   Weekend Nanny (Saturday and Sunday only) £50 per weekend Maternity Nurses £90 per week (or part thereof)

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

1) Should the applicant fail to take up the appointment and no substitute can be found a full refund will be given. If the Client withdraws from the arrangement and cancels the engagement before commencement, the total agency fee due will be payable. If the Client cancels within 2 weeks of the date of commencement, they would also be liable to pay the applicant a cancellation fee of one week's salary for a permanent position or half the agreed weekly salary for the period of time booked for a temporary position.
As Maternity Nurses are self-employed, contracts, details of employment and any cancellation charges should be discussed with them directly and confirmed in writing by both parties. In the event of any cancellation they may insist on payment in full for the number of weeks booked.

2) Should either party terminate the employment within the first 8-week period the agency will endeavour to provide a free replacement within 3 weeks, unless the employer unreasonably terminated the employment. If the Client makes alternative arrangements during this time or requests that no replacement be found, no refund will be given.

3)If unable to provide a suitable replacement within 3 weeks, a refund will be made providing the following conditions have been satisfied:-
a) the agency fee was paid in full within 14 days of the invoice date
b) the Client notified the agency in writing within 3 days, of the reason for the termination

Any refund due will be paid on the following scale:
Period of employment - up to 2 weeks - 75% of agency fee refunded
Period of employment - up to 4 weeks - 50% of agency fee refunded
Period of employment - up to 6 weeks - 25% of agency fee refunded
Period of employment - up to 8 weeks - 15% of agency fee refunded
